Our water based concrete stain is a non-acidic polymer bonded stain which will penetrate the concrete surface to produce vibrant, long-lasting UV resistant color to your concrete surfaces. Water Based stains dry quickly with great color control! No need to wash off residue and can be sealed the same day! How To Use: Floor PrepThis is the most important part to any concrete floor. We highly recommended renting a swing machine and placing a 16 Inch 30 grit Tornado Satellite Pad (ASIN: B06XXC1VVV ) in combination with our Super Blue (ASIN: B01H7KGEUA ) diluted at a ratio of 3:1 1 gallon of Super Blue to 3 Gallons of Water. This will open your concrete so the stain will be able to penetrate the surface. We also highly recommended at this point to use our Citra Peel (ASIN: B01H7VFO1O ) and a Black Pad to remove any sealer that is on your concrete floor. All sealer must be removed or the stain will not be able to penetrate the concrete. Applying The Water Based Stain:After your concrete is completely dry you can apply the water based stain with a plastic pump sprayer. DO NOT let the product puddle. Spray it down and spread in a circular motion with a microfiber mop until the product becomes streak free (ASIN: B01D0NO4IC). Allow to dry thoroughly. Dry wills will vary according to the surface conditions and humidity. A second coat may be applied for a darker coat or the addition of a second color. Allow the stain to dry completely, we recommended a 24-hour waiting period before placing our Enviro Water Based Sealer (ASIN: B06XWYB2RK). This will enrich and protect your finish product. Finally we strongly recommend on interior application to protect and keep your floor looking new our Ez-Glo Floor Polish (ASIN: B01H7MJ8JM) or Ez-Glo Floor Polish in Matte Finish (ASIN: B06XWYBBXQ).

- Easy Application: Water based stains do not require any neutralizing or labor intenstive scrubbing. Once dry they can simply be sealed.
